Dear Class 1,

I hope you have got lots of fun things to tell me about your days in the snow! I can't wait to hear all your adventures. I wonder how many snowmen have been made? Have you spotted a Gruffalo's Child or a Stickman while you've been out walking?

If you feel like curling up with a book, why not read one of your Julia Donaldson books? Remember to bring your favourites to school with you on Monday and we will get ready for our special Book Day on Wednesday.

You all have Jolly Phonics strips at home and it would be fabulous if you could write about your snow days or about your favourite Julia Donaldson book. A drawing would be lovely too. I will add your work to our Book Day display.
