Mrs Ellison, the school administrator, is available in the School Office during the following times:
8:00am to 12:00pm
2:00pm to 4:00pm
If the telephone is not answered please leave a message on the answering machine and Mrs Ellison or another member of school staff will return your call as soon as possible. If you need to call during 12:00pm and 2:00pm, the phone will be answered or the message heard on the answering machine by another member of staff between these times and responded to accordingly.
Please remember that if you wish to contact a member of staff or have a general query, you can email us via email@example.com and your message will be passed on to the appropriate member of staff or dealt with accordingly. You can also use the contact form available on the school website. If you need to talk to the teaching staff before school when something has 'cropped up' e.g. your child is upset about something, it is very important to us that these matters are followed up with the class teacher quickly and we would request that parents/carers follow the procedures below. This is in preference to waiting until the class teacher collects his/her class from the playground at 8:55am, as this can result in the teacher being late for registration and delay the start of lessons.
If you wish to speak to a class teacher before school starts, please either:
Telephone school between 8:00am and 8:15am to arrange a short face to face meeting or telephone call with a class teacher before school between 8:30am and 8:45am.
If the query is less important, please telephone school between 8:00am and 12:00pm and leave a message for a teacher to telephone you back on the same day or to make an appointment to meet in school.
If you wish to speak to Mr Grogan, the headteacher, please contact the school office in the first instance.
Pupil Medical Information and Contact Details
It is important that school is kept updated regarding any changes to your child's health and/or your address/contact details change. Please inform the school office as soon as possible to enable us to keep our records up-to-date.
Forms and Letters
In order to be as eco friendly as possible, we will try and upload letters or forms to this page so that you have access to the information if, for some reason, the paper version didn't make it home. This will help us avoid unnecessary duplication of forms and letters.
