Fairtrade fortnight 2021

This year for Fairtrade Fortnight, it has been a little bit different with being at home as well as no community coffee morning due to Covid regulations. With the online school community event run by Liz we still had an amazing time learning about and celebrating Fairtrade.

Thank you to all parents and children who engaged with the online live event with a range of schools from Skipton to Sutton. It was great to see so many children discussing and learning about how Fairtrade helps the farmers and the climate too.

Your flags, competition entries and leaflets (made by class 3) have all been amazing and some of you have really enjoyed tasty treats by using Fairtrade products too. Have a look at this week's edition of The Craven Herald to see who the winners were from our school and others too.

Fingers crossed for our usual Fairtrade Coffee Morning next year!
