SpellZone is a website that we would recommend children access to support their spelling. Children of all ages can use the programme. Mrs Fawcett has set up a link for children at Lothersdale School to use, to access the site first time with their parents, so they can set up a free account.

The main reason we like this programme is that once children are signed up they will complete an initial assessment which baselines each child’s spelling ability and identifies the correct starting point on the SpellZone programme. Children then follow a personalised programme which adjusts as they work through the levels. Give it a go!
