Marrick Priory - Day 4

It rained. Oh, how it rained. But were we downhearted? No. We were very wet though, so the day walk became a morning paddle and wade, then we returned to the Priory for a late lunch in front of a blazing fire. We spent an afternoon drying out and climbing rope ladders, hunting for treasure and quite literally spinning plates. An amazing roast dinner was followed by the traditional trip to the ice cream parlour where many calories were devoured. And so to bed, earlier and quicker than the night before. This morning will consist of packing, packing, eating, packing, walking, eating and heading for home. See you later!
